Families who enroll their children in any independent school will incur additional expenses beyond tuition. At Maryknoll, these family-paid expenses include items such as uniforms, textbooks (grades 9-12), special extracurricular activities (for example, Junior-Senior Prom), AP exam fees, etc.
For students in grades 5-12 at Maryknoll, each family is responsible for providing their student (i.e., purchasing) a laptop that meets the minimum requirements. Families applying for admission to grades 5-12 should read this information sheet about our one-to-one laptop program and our laptop requirements. The cost for a new, full-featured laptop that meets the minimum requirements will start around $1,000.
Maryknoll School offers payment options to serve the needs of each family best. We currently offer single-payment, two-payment, and 10-payment plans. Upon enrollment, families can select the plan that best fits their individual needs.

Maryknoll offers a Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) which provides insurance for loss due to absence, dismissal, or withdrawal during the academic year. The current TRP premium is $250 for the 2024–25 school year and is payable with the first tuition payment.
Participation in the TRP is required of families who choose the Two and Monthly Payment Options. The TRP is available and optional for those families who choose the Single Payment Option. For further information, please get in touch with the Business Office at 808-952-7320.
