Galen Ho ’63

Galen Ho has an expansive and diverse business background and resume, including most recently presidency of BAE SYSTEMS Information and Electronic Systems Integration Sector (IESIS), which employs 9,000 people at 26 sites nationwide.
With many years of defense and aerospace business management experience, Galen has served in a variety of other leadership positions, including President of the former Lockheed Martin Aerospace Electronics Systems business segment, CEO of Lockheed Martin Tactical Systems (U.K.), and President & CEO of Loral Corp Europe Inc. He also spent 22 years with IBM, culminating as Federal Systems Vice President and General Manager, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer of ASIC.
Currently , Galen is the President and CEO, and co-founder of ImmersiveWorlds LLC., which is developing software in the Virtual Reality MetaVerse space. He focuses his consultancy on providing Strategic Planning services to non-profit organizations
Before beginning his career in industry, Ho received his Engineering Degree and officer commission at Oregon State U. and served in the U.S. Air Force in its Special Operations Command and was awarded the Vietnam Combat Service and the Air Force Meritorious Service Medals. He is a graduate of Maryknoll School.
