This Thanksgiving, I’m reminded of the profound questions our students have been asking about the Eucharist—our greatest act of thanksgiving.
Their curiosity shows how gratitude shapes our peace, our path, and our relationship with God. We are grateful for our parish and school ʻohana, the beauty of our land, and the goodness of our people. Gratitude, thanksgiving, and the Eucharist are rooted in our way of life—rooted in the presence of Christ among us. As we celebrate Thanksgiving with Sacred Heart Church & Maryknoll School, may our gratitude move from our lips to our lives.
May the Eucharist draw us into true thanksgiving and guide us with lasting peace. Happy Thanksgiving!
