Thanksgiving: A Service of Gratitude
Mahalo Nui Loa to our wonderful Maryknoll community for coming together to donate to families in need. The spirit of Noblesse Oblige shines brightest when we all come together for the greater good!
Students across the elementary, middle, and high school, as well as our faculty and staff, came together to raise a bountiful donation to go to our friends at the Catholic Charities of Hawai'i (CCH)! Of the 15 years Maryknoll has partnered with Catholic Charities, this year's collection was by far the largest donation — supporting over 64 families in total with over a hundred boxes!
Families receiving these baskets often take in foster children, are victims of domestic violence, are homeless, or those simply struggling to make ends meet.
We're so proud of our students and faculty for their work in helping to extend generosity and Noblesse Oblige during this holiday season. Happy Thanksgiving!
