President Search Update: October 14, 2020
President Search update from the search committee chairpersons.
Dear School Community Members,
We pray this email finds you and your ‘ohana doing well. Since our last Presidential Search update message, our RG175 consultants, Dr. Jim Scott and Ms. Doreen Oleson, have completed the Discovery Phase of the search process.
During this phase, Dr. Scott and Ms. Oleson were able to learn about our school and its programs, our community, and what makes Maryknoll special. Our gratitude goes out to those in our community that participated in group interviews and provided valuable feedback for our consultants.
A position statement has been created and approved by the search committee, which outlines the strengths, challenges, opportunities, and culture of the school, as well as the leadership experience, qualities and attributes of the next president. This document will be widely distributed and used to attract and recruit qualified and outstanding candidates, with applications due in early November.
We will continue to update the school community on the progress of the search committee and the search for the next president of Maryknoll School.
