Maryknoll School’s Summer Program invites all lifelong learners to experience an unbelievable summer. Your child can explore their interests and accelerate their academics through a variety of our K-12 programs. With programs from Chinese Immersion and robotics to app building and video production using drones, your child’s summer is sure to be memorable.

  • Hands-On Science, Robotics and Drones

    We offer a variety of science, engineering and coding classes that utilize the latest technology such as drones and robotics. Check out page our 2018 Summer Programs Course Booklet to learn more about our STEM classes and camps for grades K-11, including:

  • Mandarin Chinese Language

    Learn Mandarin, the most widely spoken language in the world! Whether you are looking for reinforcement or want your child to be exposed to a new language, check out our Mandarin Chinese classes and camp. Full course descriptions are in the course booklet. We offer:
    •  Kindergarten Chinese Immersion class, where students receive 2 hours of daily instruction in Mandarin and 2 hours of daily instruction in English. Course dates: June 5-July 13
    • Explore Mandarin class for grades 1-3. All levels of Mandarin are welcome. Course dates: June 5-July 13
    • Mandarin Language Camp for grades 1-3. All levels of Mandarin are welcome. Camp dates: July 30-August 1
  • Mx Summer Academy

    If your child is entering ninth grade at Maryknoll, be sure to check out our Mx Academy. See page 39 of our course booklet. This highly recommended class for incoming Maryknoll freshmen will provide students the ability to accelerate through required courses and pursue mastery in upper level mathematics, science and social studies content. All students enrolling in the Mx Summer Academy will take one of their required freshman classes: Biology, World History or Algebra I.
  • Additional Classes & Driver’s Ed

    Use the summer to reinforce core academics, prepare for the SAT or take driver’s education. See our course booklet for more information on classes in:
    • Phonics, reading, writing and grammar
