Six Spartan Athletes Sign Letters of Intent

Congratulations to six Spartan scholar-athletes as they signed their letters-of-intent today to participate in college athletic programs across the country! The National Letter of Intent event was hosted by Education First, a local non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Hawaii high school athletics.

Below are the names of our scholar-athletes and colleges they will be attending in the fall (pictured left to right):

  • Chayson Dulatre - Baseball, Saint Martin's University
  • Albert Zhi - Swimming, Georgia Tech University
  • Kamalei Labasan - Softball, Edmonds College
  • Tasha McClendon - Volleyball, Eastern New Mexico University
  • MJ Mao - Swimming, University of Wisconsin
  • Matthew Dunaway - Baseball, Saint Martin's University

Our Spartans were among dozens of other scholar-athletes around the island who participated in this event. Congrats and best of luck to all scholar-athletes competing at the next level.
