Maryknoll Students on Pac-5 Swim Team Breaks ILH Records

Maryknoll athletes on the PAC-5 Boys Swim Team posted multiple record-breaking times at the ILH Championships last weekend! Here are the results:   

  • MJ Mao, Edmund Shiu, and Kaelan Rezentes won the ILH Boys 200 medley relay, with a record-breaking time of 1:36.41. 
  • MJ also posted the fastest ILH time for the 200 individual medley at 1:48.85, and the fastest time for the 100 breaststroke at 54:61 seconds.
  • MJ Mao, Keenan Lee, and Albert Zhi won the Boys 400 freestyle relay with a time of 3:08.87
  • Zhi also held the fastest Boys 100 freestyle at 44:82. 

Congratulations to all of our scholar-athletes for their amazing results and good luck to all our Maryknoll swimmers as they head to the HHSAA Swimming and Diving Championships on February 10-11 at UH Manoa’s Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex.
