The Maryknoll Athletic and Grade School PE department launched the “Early Riser-Get UP & Get FIT” program for the 3rd-6th graders this fall. This free, 5-week fitness program was a huge hit. During the month of October, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-7:30am in the MCC, students worked on health and skill-related fitness components. All 88 participants started their days with a total body workout, followed by a variety of movement activities and games. Mahalo to the PE department for coordinating this program, and kudos to our Early-Risers!
